Over the top!
My family and I have been going to this place for over 17 years. We started going when they opened and have always been very impressed with their amazing services. They spend a lot of time and add extra detail to their work. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their pedicure too!

One star was required for commenting. I have walked into this establishment 3 different times, on different days and times. Each time I've been met with confused and tentative looks. After a brief pause I get the same answer "we all booked up today". After reading the reviews I am going to count myself lucky as I wanted a shellac color change! Maybe they're all booked up each time because they aren't skilled at shellac removal/application - - just say that! #3strikesnotagain

I have been going there for six years. Never a bad manicure or pedicure. Ted gives great foot/leg massages. Great prices, too!

I went to this salon on a recommendation from a friend. I requested a shellac manicure and showed them a picture of what I wanted. When my nails were finished I noticed a few problems with the job but after a brief inspection I thought they might be presentable, if not subpar. Upon further analysis of my nails I saw many flaws: the polish didn't cover all of my nails, polish was on the skin of many fingers, and the accent of silver was sloppily applied. My nails did not look at all like the picture I had shown, with what was supposed to be a stylized design resembling something a 4 year old would do. In fact I was seriously asked if my grandson applied the nail polish. I called the next day to ask what could be done. The woman on the phone proceeded to rudely tell me it was MY fault- the color I chose was bad, my skin was bad, my nails were too short, etc... If this was indeed the case a professional would have advised an alternative if the application was impossible to accomplish or beyond their skill level. When I asked if I could get my money back she said, "No! We don't do that!" and hung up the phone. I will never go back to this salon or recommend it to any of my friends. Feel free to message me for pictures. I would add them to show the subpar work but I do not see that option.
