Absolutely love this place. The owner is so kind and always on top of the customers and their comfort. She's very professional and the place is very clean and sanitary . Walkins are welcome.
Very nice experience prices are reasonable my nail tech, very nice good conversation good work. I'm really happy I came here. We needed a mani pedi and a refill and pedi. It took about a hour and a few minutes to complete both task. The owner know exactly what I wanted.
What a great experience. And so much fun!
It it's best for a appointment as there's times it may be busy. Can't beat their prices! I highly recommend .

Hands down one of the worst manicures I’ve ever received. The lady doing my nails had absolutely no idea what she was doing, and a different lady took over half way though. Then I had to ask them to remove the extra polish on my skin even though it was very visible. And when the other incompetent lady returned to put top coat on my nails, she messed up my pinky finger and it looked like a five year old trying to reapply polish. I will never go return here. I normally go to Paradise Nails for a manicure (who are awesome), but they’re closed for construction at the moment. Definitely don’t come here — the experience is horrible. I can do a better job with my nails at home.

don’t bother to make an appointment - they never keep them - I was on a tight schedule - and was on time for my appointment - would have been kept another 45 minutes - waiting - the darn thing is: this happened to me 2 other times - and still I went back - I’m done! No more

I came here while visiting a friend, and they were really friendly and helpful. We both got pedis. I liked my nails, and they didn't cut me (which can be a problem in other areas...).
My only complaint is that it was really humid and warm inside. I guess their A/C wasn't working (or maybe they were saving money?), so they had a huge fan on and the front door open to help with the air flow. It was mid-October, so it wasn't too bad, but that did contribute to minor discomfort. Aside from that, they did a reasonable job on my nails and feet.

By far the worst experience wish 0 stars was an option.. I went to take my daughter 8 and 10 for a mani pedi. Upon arrival they took us as walk ins. I was to get a manicure while girls had their pedicures. When another customer came in they asked if they could do daughter first. My younger daughter's manicure took place In the pedicure chair. She had to hold a bowl of water on her lap as a haphazard manicure ensued. The manicurist sits down starts filing my nails and jumps up to do another woman's wax job leaving me mid manicure file. She returned and continued my manicure after I paid and gave her a tip she swiftly moved me to another chair where a very young girl was to paint my nails. The point of a manicure is to feel pampered and relaxed not rushed. My original women then proceeded to start a manicure on another client. My manicure was less than perfect but I accepted my loss to sit and dry. Here I found my 10 year old crying at her nails. They were awful no water soak, cuticles weren't cut, no clipper used dirt still under mixed with filings and one nail was hanging off. I immediately went to complain as it cost us 35 bucks. In Vietnamese the older manicurist questioned the young girl she denied in English not providing the typical manicure procedures. Both woman in Vietnamese started laughing. I demanded money for the manicure back but really should have gotten a full refund. If you want limited old nail polish choices, dishonesty, poor service and absurd pricing look no further. I will take my business where $75 regardless of clients ages moms and daughters are valued.
