I absolutely love this company! I live in McMinnville Tn. They have a new office in this town. There so helpful an generous, and very professional. I loved it so much I wanted to work there! Just so happen there was a position to be filled for the front desk! I've been working here for a little while now and let me tell you that was the best decision I have ever made!! The staff is rude and the NP I have been seeing, has a terrible bedside manner. I have been a patient there for a while, out of convenience of location only. I was directed by this said NP to have a certain treatment at another facility, I obliged and had the treatment. After, the treatment I went to see this said NP and she flat refused to see me, sending her nurse in to tell me (rudely) that I had to have all medical records from the treatment center and an xray before seeing me again. Now, I would think that this would have been communicated at my last visit or at the time I had called to schedule current visit..but of course, this was not the case. In addition, I was refused to be seen, knowing that I am suffering and extremely uncomfortable I was basically rushed out the door by the nurse. I was completely in shock, in tears, and at a loss for words. I work for a health insurance company and I know what steps I need to take next to file my complaint. However, I am just really sad, frustrated, and angry regarding how I was treated. I am getting my and my daughters medical records from there and going to see another Derm in my area. I will never return. Do not go here...

I went in for a procedure and was told my insurance doesnt cover it and that I would have to pay cash. I paid cash. Then I start receiving bills for more payment. I called and asked why and the reply was that the insurance would not cover the office visit, that was suddenly billable to insurance. Now they have sent it to collections. It seems pretty shady when I agreed to pay up front, and I did, and all of a sudden they want more money. Avoid this place if possible.

I can't recommend either the Smyrna or Murfreesboro office. After rescheduling an appointment that the Smyrna office canceled on me, I was called back and told I needed to reschedule that appointment as well. Two in a row cancelled. I gave up on them and a year or so later I started to go to their Murfreesboro office. After my third visit I was called and told my appointment was canceled and I would need to reschedule. I find them to be unreliable. If you have to schedule time off from work to go to a dermatologist, find one more reliable than Murfreesboro Dermatology Clinic.
