I usually go here every 2 weeks for a pedicure for the past few years and have been satisfied. I've had other bad experiences but not this bad. Some new girl had started my pedicure and asked if I wanted my nails clipped so I said yes. She literally clipped my first nail and also clipped the skin under the nail because she went too deep trying to clip😠. I was bleeding and had to hold a cotton ball on my toe for it to stop bleeding. She thought she was going to continue on with my pedicure...hell no!!! Then the lady running it tried to come over and spray alcohol on it claiming it disinfects...you will not spray alcohol on a open wound. She tried to make it seem like my skin under my toenail was the issue as if my feet are made any different from others 🤦🏽. I told them I no longer wanted that girl to do my pedicure so they sent someone else over. The toenail had been cut down so deep that she couldn't even touch it, shape it or anything. Needless to say as I'm walking around today my toe still hurts. If they can't get employees who pay attention and know what they are doing then they need to hire some. Hopefully it's not infected and I don't have to go to the doctor. They still had me pay for the pedicure...I should've walked out because the service was unacceptable

I use to love this place, but it has gone downhill. Tonight I noticed the pedicure techs NOT washing the utensils between clients and certainly did NOT sterilize them! They re-use the pumce sponges on every client. NASTY.
The tech didn't Smooth my nails, they are rough & there's still old nail polish in the corners! Disappointed... Will NOT be back...

My wife loves to get her nails done here. She talked me into getting a pedicure and foot massage and I loved it. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job of making you feel at ease. The foot massage lasts a good while and it works wonders if you work a job where you're constantly on your feet. I also like this place because, if you're a guy, it's not in an area where you have to worry about other guys walking by and possibly making fun of you for getting a pedicure. You can do so with your wife without the worry of embarrassment. While there, have fun reading on your phone and try to enjoy a foot massage for a little bit extra.

Lucy took her time and transformed my rough feet!! For the cheap price, she went above and beyond!! Ivy made us special Chinese tea and just made my Mom and I feel so pampered. Best service I've had ever in a nail salon!! I was referred her by a friend and I will definitely be a regular!!

This place used to be a good place to go to. The prices are good but the customer service is terrible now. The little lady at the front can be very rude. She treated an elderly lady like a bug or a pet because they messed up on the lady hands and had to redo it. I will NEVER go back to this place...
