They are always so friendly and eager to get my nails the way I want them exactly. No matter how many times I change my mind in 30 minutes bahahaha.

My mother went to this salon, requested a certain type of nail style, was told they could do it, then was told her nails needed to be longer. From experience, I know ombré can be done on shorter nails, just takes experience and time. She called me In tears, so upset about how they acted.Then, when I went to rectify the situation, I was blown off and treated like I was going to bomb the place. Horrible customer service and overall a horrible establishment. I would never step foot in that place again and will warn everyone I can about how poorly this place is run.

Nice and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The lady was polite and did a good job on my nails and eyebrows. This is definitely the best nail salon I have been to in Lake Charles.
