Best salon I have been too!! Ask for Owl. He is the best. Also, I am treated like family there. I will only go to this salon from now on. Very clean, organized, and friendly people.

Pros: Clean, great customer service, excellent selection of colors and styles available, lots of space.
Cons: I didn't really find any.
One of the best experiences I've ever had in a nail salon! Alex greeted me. I told him that I just left another salon quite upset with my unfinished nails, but needed them done for a wedding and I needed to be at in a hour and a half. He reassured me that Tony would take great care of me and he sure enough did! My nails look amazing! He listened to exactly what I wanted, respected my time restraints and delivered perfectly. I will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you!

I Recently went in to get a gift card and check the prices. I was reluctant at first because I have not heard many great things about this salon, but being very close to work I thought I’d give it a try. The women assisting me was rude, I thought perhaps I had just been misunderstood but when I asked her to return my card she held on to it and wouldn’t let go. I asked for it once again, she returned it and said something under her breathe and left. I was in the salon for about five minutes and In that time was very disappointed by the service. This seemed extremely unprofessional and I was so disappointed in the little amount of time I was there I left feeling frustrated.

ALL AROUND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE both times I have been to this place. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The one employee that speaks a word of English has got to be the rudest man I have ever encountered. Treats guests like they are rabid animals. Go here....do this.... The older woman who worked on my nails the first time broke several of them...the second time drew blood from a hang nail despite being told she was hurting me... The whole establishment needs a health inspector to come shut them down for lack of hygiene and on top of that the prices are OUTRAGEOUS for the severe lack of service and respect- go somewhere else!
