This place is a dirty mess! My expectations of a nail "spa" are pretty high. I am looking for a clean, relaxing place with good service and manicure. This place is the opposite: dirty, old, messy and uninviting. The staff for the most part does not speak English. It took a manicurist (who did not even introduce herself) an hour and a half to do my no chip nails. I would have done it better myself! The shape of my nails was not what I asked for at all. Generally, it was a torture and not a treat at a nail spa.
The owner Helen responded to my review saying that I wasn't at their salon. This is how they approach everything! Helen, it was your salon on 16 W Ohio Street and my appointment was on November. 21st. Not surprisingly you don't even keep good records.

I have been coming here for more than 4 years and think it is the best!! I bring my daughter here when she is in town! Every time I walk in the door - with or without an appointment- I am greeted with a welcoming smile! Nicole and her staff have worked with me over time to determine which products and services are best for me. I do appreciate their attention and leave every time feeling like a valued customer - looking forward to my next visit....in a couple of weeks! Thank you to all!!

They have a good variety of OPI no chip colors and they have the dip. I have a favorite nail technician, Josie. There's usually a short wait time and great service!

No chip pedi is the best, stays on for 2.5+ months! Good service too.

Excellent Manicure and Pedicure!! Michelle was Fantastic!!! Being from out of town I was very nervous going to a new place. This crew of Women made you feel right at home. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and was offered something to drink. Easy conversation throughout my visit. Would absolutely go there again!!!
