Horrible service, honestly worst nail salon... I asked for my nails to be long, but the lady didn’t listen so instead of long nails I got them extremely short and not what I was asking for. I had gotten really frustrated and told my friend that “we should have just gone to a different place”, so then the lady proceeded to literally rip off the nails she had just glue on taking part of my actual nails. My fingernails where bleeding, sore and honestly I just do not recommend this so called Nail salon I will be filling out a compliant to the mall office and licensing company

This place was horrible got my nails done and a couple of hours later they were chipping and cracked to my original nail.I mean they were already to bulky and shaped so wrong. I went to ask for a refund and they told me it was the top coat. The lady who did my nails accused me of damaging them. I know if I do anything to damage my fake nails I damage my real nails. In the end I hated being yelled at so I left without a refund and cracked nails.

Horrible service. The lady who did my nails was very rude. I went in for a pedicure and also to remove the gel nails from my hands.
She cut my finger nails in a way that was painful, and when I told her that it hurt she just handed me the nail cutter to cut my nails myself. After I cut my nails myself, I had to search on the tray for a nail file and file them myself. She didn't cut them or file them or buff them. My nails were in a horrible condition, I had to buff them myself when I got home.
After getting upset with me and handing me the nail cutter, she started talking about me to her friend (as they kept looking at me while doing so).
Once she finished painting my toenails she rushed off to the next customer. She didn't finish cleaning the excess nail polish that had gotten on my skin, she didn't even tell me that they had a station where I could go sit to dry the nails. She just up and left to the next customer.
This salon is extremely pricey, and it's not worth it at all. Poor service. This goes down as the worst experience of getting my nails done. I will not return, and will not recommend it to anybody else.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I went to go get my nails done the day after Valentine's Day. I did come in a a couple of minutes before they closed but if I am a paying customer I should be treated like one. I got there and I want to do tips but the women told me what I should get and decided to tell the other co-worker that I did not want to add tips to my nails. I got dipping power and my toe nails done and both was horrible. My toe nails didn't look professionally painted. She didn't add top coat to my nails. She told me that my toes was dry. I got home and my right toe polish was gone. Four days later my dipping power nail popped off. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do here and get anything done. Prices are too high and quaility is not worth it at all!
