I highly recommend utopia nail spa. Dan has been doing my nails for the last 5 years. Dan and his coworkers are so friendly, professional, and creative. They do amazing work for great prices! Definitely check this place out!

My daughter has been going there for years now. She never canceled her appointments. She is been always going to her appointments on time and she had to wait multiple times on the nail technician because they were running late. I have to wait with her because she doesn’t have a driver license to drive herself. So I’m here moving my schedule around because they are 30 minutes behind. This happened more than three times already. They don’t care about people waiting. But today, she had to canceled because she has a test at school and she can’t make it on time. She asked if she can move her appointment for later. She is giving them 4.5 hours in advance noticed. The receptionist was the most unprofessional person I had ever met. She told her to pay $30 dollars cancellation fee in order to move her appointment for later. I want to point very clearly that this is her FIRST TIME canceling after being a loyal customer for years. Being her first time canceling after being a loyal customer, they should have grant her the fee and let her reschedule it for later today. If the receptionist knows about business, you shouldn’t be rude and nasty to loyal customers. I know for sure, there is always people walk-in for last minute nails appointments. I warranty you that the spot will be fill in less than 30 minutes. So there is no need to be nasty about it. It’s not about the $30 dollars, it was how poorly the situation was handle by the receptionist. The receptionist poor customer service will cost FOUR CLIENTS TO NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. To the nasty receptionist: Make your calculations, it was not worth the cancellation fee for the first time ever that my daughter cancel her appointment. Now, you lost four customers forever that used to go every two weeks to make their nails. I guess the owner needs to train their front desk people better so they don’t loose customers. Plus I’ll for sure post this bad experience in every single social media and tell everyone about it.

I did my nails last Sunday and one nail broke. I called twice the past week to see if I can come in to get it fixed but the receptionist told me they’re booked for the holidays. I come in today Sunday five minutes before opening to see if they’re able to fix my nail but the same receptionist told me no they can’t see me. It’s the fact that she keeps telling me no without helping me find a different solution to solve my issue. The nail lady Lucy is nice and does a great job with nails but I will not be coming back.

I’ve been coming to utopia for a bit now and they do not disappoint!! These nails are by Sophia and she kills it EVERYTIME. The staff is super friendly and talented and can literally do any nail design. ANY! Will definitely be returning ☺️

I love this salon and highly recommended it to all my friends. Hana is super talented, as well as the rest of the staff. Jordana is such a nice person, so friendly and always tries to fit you in. I’ll be a Utopia customer for life.
