Terrible customer service, would not recommend this place at all! We arrived with 4 people needing manis and pedis; the woman in the store called for help and started on one person. In the meantime, 3 of us stood and waited for them to arrive because she wouldn't run us water so that our feet could soak, even after asking her 3 times. She would not let my 8 year old sit in an adult chair with massage bc "we paid these chairs just for kids." After help showed, she seemed to brief them and then they were all very cold and short with us. They were very rough with our feet, causing all but 1 person to refuse the manicure. The 1 person who decided to go ahead with the service was told to wait until the 2 new customers were waited on "because it is thier first service, and you have been helped already."
We left feeling very unsatisfied!

Worst customer service!!! They’re so rude and disrespectful! Worst mani-pedi I ever had! Don’t waste your time and money!

I like this place because it's a tad bit less expensive than surrounding nail places and they are FAST. I'm in and out in less than an hour with a fresh gel manicure and pedicure.

I recently took my daughter to get her nails done, got the worst customer service the worst nail paint quality and the worst prices I've ever seen. I had to come back for them to fix her gel paint (which were peeling off next day) and they filed her nails so small she didn't even want to paint them again!!! I will never go back to this place and would never recommend them for anything !!!! Worse people in the world, so rude and disrespectful
