My friend and I were just looking for a place to go to get our nails and she came across this one. We wanted Pedis, so she made the appointment, but we were running late. When we called, the gentleman who answered said, “don’t rush, we take care of you. It’s okay, drive safe” and we were 20 minutes late and they still took us in! We LOVED the massage chairs as we were getting our Pedis. It was so comfortable, we almost fell asleep!! I decided I wanted to do a mani after, with no appointment, and they were so eager to take me in! They have a lot of staffing there too, so people can actually do walk-ins! They take their time and make sure your nails actually look nice, and they actually confirm with you that you like them! Rose was the lady who did my nails, I will FOR SURE be going back to her!! She was so sweet and thorough with her work! I’m so excited you guys opened up, thank you!!

Not happy at all. When I called I asked for a good nail tech. The gentleman who answered the phone told me to come in and he would give me a good person as they were all good. I made an appointment and went in at my appointment time. He started my nails and called someone ovwr. She sat with me and I asked him if she knows what to do. He told me i tell her and there must have been a breakdown in communication because I left with everything I didn't want. When I was leaving he asked if the lady did a good job. I was in front of rhe lady with everyone around me. I couldn"t tell him what I really felt because the lady was very nice. I asked for a gel manicure, I never soaked my nails she didn't cut anything. Worse gel manicure ever.
