Phenomenal! This goes way beyond just pampering - this is like a mini-vacation! Strongly recommend the pedicures. The experience will improve your whole outlook on life!

Jade cut my hair now that it is finally growing back after chemotherapy/radiation. She is such a kind person(she cut it when it started falling out as well) and took the time to do a really good job. It looks so much better now!

I've had 2 appt. with Jade, to get my hair to where I want it. The 1st time was to start lightning and when we finished the brassy color was almost to the top of my head- I text her and she brought me back in immediately to fix it. The 2nd time, was to finish the look. But its not even close to what I wanted. She didnt even do the balayage technique- she just pulled my root color down with a comb. The left side front is still super blonde, while the right is the silvery color it should be. She colored the top and bleached the bottom half. Its not a balayage its basically a ombre. Which is not what I wanted at all. I sent her pictures and she said it was time to tone up. Its not a toner problem- the left side wasn't lifted as much as the rest of my hair and it has lines and spots in it, so I can't even wear it down- or half up for that matter. $300 later and I feel hideous. She said I could make an appointment to tone with her, or go to Fantastic Sam's. Honestly, I don't know what to do. I don't think it should cost me a penny more to get it right.

I love the way I feel after being pampered by not only is Krystal amazing but the whole staff is too!
