I don't know what they are like as Dermatologists, but they don't seem to care about the community much. For the Livonia Spree fireworks, which come one night a year, their parking lot or lawn would be a spectacular view but they schedule their sprinkler to go ever 15 minutes for a few hours before the fireworks. They did this last year as well. In my opinion its pretty immature of them, and if they see this I hope they change their ways. The spree fireworks is when Livonia comes together once a year for fun!

Wait times are crazy long. Several times I waited in the lobby for over an hour and had to leave before even seeing a doctor. As soon as you get in the exam room, they are writing prescriptions out. My first visit I left with at least 5 prescriptions, one of which I actually filled. They all heavily push chemical peels and other extreme measures for mild issues. Staff and doctors are all very nice, however the long wait times were enough for make me switch dermatologists.

Finally found a dermatologist that has the experience required to help with this lichen planus. Dr. Pegouske listens, understands and I am confident that he will find treatment for me. Laurel (staff member) is sweet and attentive. And the young lady who schedules appointments ( Pia I think) always sends me off with a smile.I appreciate them all. 😁😍😘

I have had such a wonderful experience with Livonia Dermatology. I was referred a few months ago by my PCP. I have not experienced a wait here and I have been able to get in the same day I call. I have been seeing the Nurse Practitioner, Daniel Tomlinson. He has been professional and always taken the time to make me feel comfortable. I even had a scary skin cancer diagnosis and he and the Nurse Jessica S made me feel calm. I know I am in good hands at Livonia Dermatology. I can’t forget the assistant Lily who has helped me deal with pharmacy and insurance issues and the front desk who make the experience from check in to check out so pleasant!! I will only go to Livonia Dermatology!!

Livonia Dermatology was able to get me an appointment on the same day I called. It is a beautiful office and I didn’t wait at all! I saw Danielle, the Nurse Practitioner, who was so friendly and really knew what she was doing. I had a great nurse, Lauren. I was also so pleased with the front desk staff who made me feel welcomed and really accommodated my schedule!
