I had shellac Mani done 10 days ago and the polish is chipping off of multiple nails. When I called this morning to ask about the work done, I was told their work wasn't guaranteed. I was also told the longevity of the polish depends on the person. In all honesty, understand what she is saying but I have never had such an awful job done or one that's lasted only a little over a week. Actually....it was done last Sunday so that is 8 days.... not 10.
And the fact that there was 0 customer service to try and resolve my concern is even more bothering.
I work hard for my money and I won't spend anymore of it ever again at this place.

The lady made my wife stand up to give the seat to one of her friends, i was not to happy about that we had been waiting for a good 25 min. So we walked out and went to "Q NAILS & SPA " where she was taken care a soon as we walked in she was offered a free margarita with the service ! If my wife is happy im happy !

Friendly, talkative nail techs. However, the nail tech seemed to focus more on her talking than on my nails. Looking at them now, I see many mistakes including uneven nails.
Also, while having my fingernails painted, I felt something crawling on my leg. I looked down and it was a roach...Nope, I'm done with them.

Love this place!! Very nice and skilled people. Love how they treat my 87 yr old mom.
