Update: Getting my pedicure here was the worst mistake I made. The lady cut my nails wrong and I got a bad ingrown nail and it’s infected.
I will be reporting them to TDLR to make sure that they’re also using clean materials because I got a bad bacterial infection on my toe.
The first time I got a pedicure here it was amazing! Customer service was amazing and my pedicure was so relaxing. Second time around was not as great. I get monthly pedicures because I tend to get ingrown toenails on my big toes and because I love to relax. I told the lady that my big toenails were starting to make my toe hurt and if she could make sure to cut them so that they would stop hurting. All she did was complain about having to do it and in her exact words “if you don’t cut them they go away”. I won’t be coming back here because I think that if I’m paying for a service I shouldn’t get retaliation back. She immediately made me regret going there to get my pedicure done. I should’ve just left because now I have to go get another one because she didn’t get my nails and now my toes hurt from the ingrowns.

Went for my first time for a pedicure. The lady didn't properly prep/shape my nails & overall seemed like she was just trying to get done with me and move on. It looks almost like I gave myself a pedicure. The place was nice & the staff were friendly.. I was a walk in, so I don't know if that was why my pedicure wasn't very good. I've hated my nails since I got home that day.. but I don't get my nails done often so not sure if that's just what happens when you don't make an appointment.

This was my first time there and it was a beautiful place. Katie was my pedicure technician and she did a very nice job, it would be nice if the massage was a little longer it might be something they may want to consider in the future making that more of a focus

Been going here about a year and everyone's so friendly. If there's something you don't like just let them know and they are more than happy to fix it. They also have a stamp card for every 6 visits you get 7$ off 🤗 very clean and upbeat environment.

The first time I went there a gentleman provided my service and he was great. I paid for the ultimate and it was very worth it. I came in for the 2nd time for the same service and two ladies rushed me through my ultimate mani and pedi which defeats the “ultimate package”.... The water was cold they talked amongst their selves the whole time which made me feel like an inconvenience to their morning. What a waste of money I could of just got the basic. To top it off they MADE me pay prior to mani due “wet nails”... at which time the receipt has the tip option. I’m sorry but to ask for a tip only a quarter of the way through what should of been at least an hour service is rude. Lastly they didn’t even paint my nails close to cuticle making my nails look already grown out? They had s few other customers and they looked to treat everyone the same. Will boy be returning. If this is how they treat their paying customers when it’s not busy I can’t imag when they are busy.
