If I could give them ZERO stars- I would! The absolute worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I literally only needed my natural nails painted-the most simple thing ever. A three year old could’ve done a better job. No exaggeration. While I was getting my nails painted the lady was laughing and just having a good ole time with her co-workers. She could see it all over my face how disgusted I was. When it came time to pay, she said “want me to just charge you for the nails, no tip”... the fact that she already knew I wasn’t going to tip her without saying so, she could’ve just fixed them. Not even two hours later one of the two gems she put on, falls off... and apparently since I didn’t wanna pay “20$ for gel nail” they won’t fix it for me. I definitely deserve a refund. And I am not the type of person to write reviews but I have never been more disappointed in my life. I will never be back and make sure none of my friends and family come here.

I brought my niece in to have her nails done and I felt like they thought it was a waste of their time. I know a kids polish doesn't cost very much but I get my nails done regularly and I will never come here again. My niece was trying to talk to them and they basically ignored her.

I have been going to Island Nails for almost 3 years and always have the same girl (Sami), which I really like however the service that I've been receiving since the 1st of the year has been less than expected.
Everytime I would come in I would always get the same service but the price was always different. NEVER DID I EVER PAY THE SAME FOR THE SAME SERVICE.
However, the last straw was I had called to make an appt on a Friday and was told she was already gone for the day did I want to make an appt for tomorrow which would've been for Saturday? I said I will have to call back to see what my schedule looked like.
When I called to make the appt for the next day I was told they didn't take appts for Saturday.
So I decided to go in anyway, when I got there and wrote my name down she asked me if I had an appt and I said no they told me they don't take appts for today when I went to put my name on the list there were other people that indeed have appts and I would have to wait 30 min. Because they are short handed people have quit.
Well my time is valuable too, I left and have never been back.
Be careful because they have a mark up for everything and you'll never pay for the same service twice.
Sad because I really liked my girl and she always did a great job.
