Hands down one of the best salons I’ve ever been too. The staff is so sweet and welcoming and they do an amazing job on my nails every time! I definitely recommend coming here!

The owners are so so so rude I will never come here again! And they do a horrible job with Manicures and pedicures . The owners wife ((Halle ))always have a nasty attitude for no reason like their the only nail salon around. They don’t even deserve a one star. I don’t recommend anyone to come here!!

I’ve been coming here for years and today will be my last day. I would give 0 stars if I could. I very rarely leave reviews but after this altercation, I had to. The male owner SHOULD NOT touch any hands or feet. He doesn’t take his time and I always have to return the next day when he does it. On top of that He’s RUDE!!!!!! He had a major attitude today because I asked who was available to do pedicures. He answered I don’t know everyone today (okay cool). He then comes to me very HOSTILE and says if you want someone specifically then make an appointment. I didn’t have anyone specific which is why I didn’t make an appointment. I just SPECIFICALLY didn’t want him. Then the skinny one says “honey you can’t ask him like that.” If you come here, keep you interactions to a minimum with him. The ladies for the most part are talented. And I always tip. I’ve never had a problem with any of them have don’t my nails. He’s honestly not worth my drive anymore. Sabrina’s review is accurate, he made a scene. So I returned the favor, because it wasn’t that deep.

I will never go back to unique nails and I do not recommend exclamation !! The Male owner was very rude to me refused to help me choose a color of polish. Said they were very very busy yelled at me. The technicians are not very friendly and they don’t talk to you and barely greet you when you walk in the door. Since he wouldn’t help me choose the color I asked him if my technician would be able to help me choose a color and he said maybe I don’t know, we are very busy. He was extremely rude and front of all the other customers. He was yelling at me to the point that I was in tears and when I confronted him of his rudeness I told him may be that I would take my business somewhere else and he said that would be fine he did not care. I live here in Harrisburg and will never be going back to unique I have since started at Modish Nails and they are excellent !!

Terrible Terrible Terrible!! First and last time. Walked in with my 4 year old daughter. I️ was going for a pedicure and a full set my daughter was getting polish on her nails. I️ told the male own we were both getting a service done. My daughter was looking for her color and the own told her not to touch the polish (stike 1 bc she was getting her nailed done) Candy was doing my pedicure she skipped the filing of my heel, skipped the moisturizing and slight foot massage. ( strike 2) I mentioned I️t and she got the owner the owner argued with me and told me she finished and followed the steps. I️ was not going to pay for a full service when she didn’t do a full service. I️ offered $15 and $5 for my daughters nails the male owner wanted me to pay the full $22.50 mind you the lady didn’t finish’s and I️ didn’t even have polish on my toes. Long story short the own called the police bc I️ refused to pay full price. My 4 year old was terrified. Officer told the own since candy didn’t not finish and I️ want satisfied with the service to let me just pay the $15. Terrible experience terrible service terrible staff terrible management.
