Friendly courteous staff. Pricey but I guess that's the City for you. I can get the same for much less but I do like the two girls that take care of me very much. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. That's the only two reasons I go there. They did have a fabulous incentive special for the holidays, buy a $100 gift certificate and get a $150 value. I did take advantage of that!

Don't purchase Groupon for this company they don't want to book your reservation or if you walk in and there's nobody there they don't want to take your reservation just want to steal the money from Groupon buyer beware

I have been a customer at the 23rd street Queen Jane nail salon for over 8 years. I've stayed with them because my gel manicure is done well and lasts. I've read the negative reviews and am quite surprised as I have always found the staff accommodating and friendly. And they also do great pedicures and leg waxing.
I have never used a Groupon or gone to any of the other Queen Jane locations, so I can only attest to the 23rd street location; and would highly recommend it.
