Chick that did my hair didn't let it process all the way. I wanted a platinum blonde, but it turned out brassy blonde. I'm not going there again, not because of that, but just because I don't like the vibes in there. Plus it just felt real small in there and tight and where they wash your hair in the back felt creepy and uncomfortable
