Happy with my cut. not happy with my color at all Especially for $300.. my color is suppose to be ombré red on bottom chocolate color on top and my hair is black. I could of did that myself.. I hope they will fix it!!!

I’ve been growing out my hair for a year now, decided spending hours straightening my hair wasn’t worth it so I was going natural.
I specifically told the stylist that I just wanted her to even out the length of my hair since I had a layered bob from when I used to flatten my hair.
I thought that because she offered to cut it while curly that she actually knew what she was doing, but I was very wrong.
I ended up paying $52 for random chunks of my hair being longer, dead ends still present, and my hair looking like a giant frizzball, why would the staff offer to cut curly hair when they clearly have no clue how?

I had a pedicure today and while the girl who waited on me was nice, she seemed rather inexperienced and I was a little bit too tired to be listening and talking throughout the time I was there which I tried communicating with my body language so not to be rude..She was too gentle, slow, and the toenail paint was all along the edges of my toes which I didn’t notice until I looked closely. The pedicure was outrageously expensive which I didn’t realize until I got to the check out desk. Most expensive, for the least neat pedicure I’ve had.

Beautiful salon, great hours, super friendly staff! My son doesn't do so well sitting still and following directions but he really needed a haircut before yearbook pictures.
Charlie and Euphoria salon really came though for us with a better cut than many children's/special needs stylists have!

Horrible horrible hair colorists. Terrible customer service, and when they ruin, fry and rust color your hair terribly. THEY DON'T REFUND YOU. Put it this way my hair is so bad it made me cry.
