I was upcharged today when I went to get my pampering done. I called and spoke to Helen two days ago, made my appointment and was quoted three particular prices for Eyebrow waxing, gel manicure and a pedicure. Excited and ready I went today and was quoted a different price at the end. John was the person who did my pedicure and manicure and Helen did my waxing. The shop was clean, there a cricket on the floor in the waxing room but it stayed on the floor. I was please with the service but highly disappointed with the 23.00 upcharge on my pedicure. I would suggest that Helen be honest with the prices from the beginning instead of charging something else. I probably will not be back, I miss Nail Story.

The first time I went the pedicure was great but the second time I got my old acrylics taken off, manicure, and full gel set. The nail tech took a nail tip to rip off my old set which hurt and damaged my nail. I am use to acrylics being soaked off. The manicure only consisted of A soak and cutting cuticles and nothing more especially after ripping my nails off. It was so bad that I could see a huge chunk of my natural nail in the old acrylics taken off. On top of that she would use her phone often while doing my nails. Overall the second time was extremely rushed and poorly handled and I’m very disappointed.

My Manicurst, Helen, was able to guide me to a flattering natural pink color, "Bubble Bath", on my first visit and when Patronizing the Salon a second time, she fit me in on short notice.
Helen is personable and treated me like a valued client. I highly reccommend this Salon.
The cost for a Gel Manicure is reasonable as well.

The ladies at this salon are SO sweet, so funny and do such a great job. After a 5 day hiking trip, they pampered my fiance and I. Their prices are reasonable and offer more services for less cost than i usually find on the east coast. I got a gel mani/ regular pedi here THREE weeks ago and the polish is still on and looks great. Very good quality products that they use. My gel manis always start to peel after a week and a half. I wish i lived in the area.. my go to spot anytime i'm in Vegas!
