Owner is incredibly rude every time I go in; today I realized there are two other nail salons on the same block and it is no longer necessary to deal with it.
Pedicure tubs are not sanitized between use. The cover them in a plastic bag, and when it's over they poke holes in the bag to drain it.
No matter what is happening, the owner will tell you "it's JUST five minutes", even after enduring a ten minute wait. She treats customers like a huge inconvenience to herself.
Several times they've had me sit at a station, and then didn't acknowledge me for fifteen minutes, before I gave up and left.
I got up to leave and was met with noises disgust "just wait, it's ONLY five more minutes" and an eye roll.
I've seen women sit at pedicure booths so long the water has gone cold, the employees will add hot water.. and go on ignoring the customer.
Appointments mean nothing. I tried to get a gel manicure soaked off on my lunch break and was still treated as a walk in, having to sit around for 15 minutes before they herded me to a station to wait for 10 more minutes.
Today I went in just to have a flaking gel manicure soaked off (flaking due to brand, not application), waited in the lobby for ten minutes after being told it'd be a five minute wait. I got up and went to Nail Envy across the street.
The quality of a gel manicure and pedicure they provide (~$70) is not worth it here.
It's one thing to be busy, but I went intentionally at low traffic times, and they were still understaffed and rude. At least give an update, or acknowledge that you're wasting my time.
I cannot recommend you look elsewhere enough.
Unless the owner changes, and is replaced with someone who is better at staff scheduling/being tolerable at the front desk.

I usually enjoy going here but today was awful. The guy that did my nails did NOT listen to a word I said. I wanted square nails with a little rounded on the corners but not to much and he made them all completed round. He burned me with the Dremel that he was using multiple times. He also tried to get a speck off of the polish with a pen and messed it up and LEFT IT LIKE THAT. He also didn't clean up any of the excess polish left on my skin. Needless to say that I did not leave him a tip and I will probably not be coming back.

Just went here for a pedi and fill. Everyone was super friendly! The nail tech realized a fill was not going to give me the look I wanted, so he filled down the acrylic and gave me the perfect pink/white ombré look! I will definitely be back!

They got us in really quick and are very fairly priced! Only complaint is that I bumped a nail while she was painting them and the woman refused to fix it for me🙄🙄
