Relatively clean and nice staff but the manicure was absolutely TERRIBLE. It started chipping on the first day, Sunday, and by Wednesday it looked horrible. Their polishes are very old and dried up so their manicures will always be bad. Would never return.

This was my first time here. My favorite color is pink and my name is Diva, so those two things attracted me to the location. I got the basic pedicure just to see how it would be before trying any other pedicure. The girl I had, I don’t care to mention names, was quiet & that was fine but I literally spent $40 on a pedicure and barely got the bottom of my feet scrubbed, I had to ask her to clean under my toenails and really pick the cuticle from around my toenails. I just want to find a place that just takes pride in cleaning the toes, I’ve been searching for a nice pedicure place, I just don’tunderstand. My feet aren’t horrible but regardless I still would like my toenails to be cleaned thoroughly n around the cuticle without requesting and the bottom of my feet scrubbed regardless of if it feels needed or not. The service was very mediocre considering the price and the prestigious look of the place. I don’t like to have to watch you like a hawk to make sure I get a great cleanse and pedicure. Anyway, this was my experience I won’t be back but at least I know, I could’ve just stuck with the Asians and also this place barely let you feet soak in the water.

On yet another search for a good pedicure place.

Sonia and Lilly are amazing. They are attentive and remember your colors, the scent you like and the beverage you will enjoy. My mom and I have been going for years and we always request them for their exceptional service each and every time.

Everything is sterile!. The service was incredible, i can't complain about anything everything was 10/10. I'm from the UK and i almost don't want to leave NYC because this is now my number 1 nail place.

Very clean. Everyone's nice. they really should get more hands on deck, like someone who does nail tips (acrylic or gel).
