I normally go here and have had a good experience with a decent trim or haircut. This last time I had Amanda. I told her What I wanted and she cut off 4 inches more than I wanted. She turned me away from the mirror and never asked how the length was before she kept cutting. When she turned me around I was shocked. During the haircut too she seemed disingaged and never initiated conversation. I was very upset when I left. I won’t be coming back here again.

Will never return; a blind autistic 4 year old could have done better. Didn't get "stylists" name; male, glasses, mohawk hair with lavender tail. One other stylist was there but clearly didn't want to be. Save your time & $-there's a great clips at same location 20th & sheridan

Butchered both of my son's hair on separate occasions. Gave them second chance since first time I had sent my High Schooler alone, figured he might not have been clear enough about not wanting it buzzed or too short. But no, wound up with another buzzcut despite clearly explaining and showing examples of what I wanted. Which was like a season two Zachary Ty Briant from Home Improvement (NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING A BUZZ). Then act like I'm a monster for not tipping!
