I have been to many salons in over 30 years of having my hair done, but have never been treated as well as I have been at Bella Rouge. Suzette Urke, the owner, is attentive, kind, and patient. The ambience of the shop is beautiful as well.Beverages are always at our beck and call, too. If you want to be treated well, you MUST go to Bella Rouge in Grass Valley!
