I paid $10 for a manicure that I have to fix myself. One hand looks fine, and the other hand looks worst than before I came in.

This is the most dirtiest place we’ve ever been to! I don’t know how this place is open! They don’t do any special scrubs, wax with your pedicure. It’s very very outdated! SO NASTY!
