Walk in and the lady asked what I need and I told her and then she looked at me said I’m busy when she just got done with the lady she was doing and there was nobody else in there waiting. I will never trying this place for my nails

I went to get my nails done the other day but whenever I called the lady said they were about to close. I was going to make an app for the next day but she told me should wait for me. Emily did my nails and she did a wonderful job. She also stayed an hour later just to get them done.

My daughter got me a gift certificate for Christmas and I haven't been able to use it. Every time I walk in they say they are too busy, come back tomorrow. I attempted to make an appointment and they asked what day and time but did not ask for my name or what services I wanted. I've never been to a more unprofessional salon. I'd hate to waste my daughter's money but I don't know that I'd trust them to do my nails if I ever did get in.
