Today was my first ever visit to this place. I absolutely loved it. I got a pedicure and a full set of gel acrylics. All of the employees were great and gave off such radiant vibes. It was very relaxing and fun. I get my nails done every two weeks. My usually nail tech was on vacation so I ventured out. Unfortunately for my nail tech I will be coming to the Nail Palace from now on. I had a picture of the nails I wanted and they gave me exactly that. 🤗

Iennohed the look of my nails at first. Upon closer inspection, the acrylic coating and paint did not cover the whole nail AT ALL. They didn’t clip my nails so it looks like I have 2 layers of nails. They also didn’t paint under my nails. My index finger nail on my non-dominant hand popped off on the 4th day after they were done. Absolutely ridiculous.

Well actually I had to give them a star to leave a comment.....I called today I was told to come on.. when I arrived it was packed. I knew there was no way I would be in a chair anytime soon. I have had a salon for 30 years, and this would not be tolerated. I am okay with making an appointment and coming later....but not being asked if I could run errands after I get there. Then I said no I cant wait , so she said with a waiting room full of clients okay well have a seat in this chair...that felt wrong with a waiting room full of clients.....anyway that's that....😶

Daughter made appointment and still took then 2 and a half hours to get her nails done. When I kept asking how much longer, lady kept saying 10 more minutes, she stated long nails take longer.
Don't be in any hurry or make an appointment, does you no good.

I TOTALLY LOVE THIS PLACE ! Was our first time going (my niece got hers done not me ) but it was an enjoyable time nice staff and it's a great place to get your nails done !
