I had mink eyelash extensions done, for the first time by Kim, and I absolutely love them. I have had regular eyelashes done by Emily, who also does a great job. I got my nails done by the older gentlemen ,and he also did a great job. It was my first time getting my nails done and I am glad I had them done at Zen's.

Only place I let touch my eyebrows!! Both of my daughters had their eyebrows waxed for the first time here....PHENOMENAL JOB!! PERFECTION

This nail shop is very very popular and the activity level in there at anytime is always busy. Although I went back a couple of times I did not feel the service was that great.

I went in for a gel manicure and they sat me with a guy who had NO idea what he was doing. I asked for him to make my nails a specific shape & length and he just used a file and called it a day. He butchered one of my cuticles which caused an ugly scab and pain for a week. He was more focused on a soccer game on TV. He had my crossing one arm over the other when it was time to put my hand under the UV light all because he couldn't bother to find an extra light or one with a longer cord to reach to my left hand. I'll be going to the one in Vernon in the future.
