I wanted to like this place so much because the people are nice but honestly this is not a good salon to go to. I had a full set of nails with pink acrylic put on about 3 weeks ago. I went in for a balance 2 weeks after having the nails put on and noticed that there was a slight hole in the nail on the side of my index finger . I asked the lady working on my nails if she could fill it in so it would begin to crack. She said it didn't need to be filled because she was going to be filing down the sides to make a coffin shape (they were already shaped that way). I didn't give any push back and I should have because 2 days later the tip popped off. I went back in to the salon the following day and explained what happened, Thankfully I got the same lady . She removed part of my nail and put a new tip in but she forgot I paid for pink acrylic and she put white on my nail. After waiting an hour in that strong chemical smelling room I was just ready to go or i would have had her redo it. Less than 7 hours later the tip of my middle finger popped off while i was getting dressed. So I'm very disappointed to say the least. I've had press on nails that lasted longer than these things. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

I've been coming to this salon for years, and I absolutely love them! All of the women there are incredibly kind and courteous. Their prices are very reasonable, and my nails always look great. If you're looking for a new salon, look no further than Vivi Nails.

Can be pricey but they know how to do nails! I see Ree and she's amazing, especially with special designs.

Soooo....I've Never been here before BUT I would like to bc I heard they are good. BUUTT upon reading the reviews (which most are good)
Buutttt I see some bad ones and those reviews are speaking to me more than the good ones.
For the ppl who KNOW how much time, money and effort getting your nails done can be...sometimes (50/50) you never know what you are going to get, esp if its a 1st time visit..hell even the 3rd or 4th trip..
I know how it feels to be looked over, not acknowledge upon arriving, explaining how you want your nails or if there is a small flaw to have push back bc they think your being difficult...had nails where they were rushed and just not done well. I feel like race has alot to do with it too..depending on who you get..
(in the past I've often get the feeling tht the nail tech absolutely does NOT want to even touch me...I've even had 2 experiences where the nail techs were purposely ruff and hard with my nails..and when you politely ask for another person your treated as thou you are being very difficult.) I would hope it has nothing to do with race BUT my personal past experiences, I was left with the feeling of, 'this person dont want to be bothered with me, ohh Lord, I'm basically wasting my money bc Imma get poor service'...why? Idk..maybe she thinks black women dnt tip?..again🤷🏾♀️
Even though these reviews are mostly good, its important to pay attention to the bad ones bc obviously something's wrong...I DON'T want to waste my money on this place If I am going to get bad service. And I don't even live close so It wld have to take some serious convincing to try this place out for the very first time....hope this helps someone bc Ik Im NOT alone on this.
