Just moved to the area and picked the nail salon closest to me and ended up being amazed!!! The place is very clean and super friendly. They had so many different options for pedicures. My feet and legs needed a pedicure so bad and came out feeling like I had new legs and feet. I'm so happy with my experience.

I’m a reasonable, kind, don’t speak my mind kind of person and I feel embarrassed if I don’t tip even if the experience was horrible. I’ve come in here a lot and was happy to find a great place to get my nails done close to my house. But for some reason their quality when down, night and day difference. They use to take their time and make it worth my money, but that hasn’t been the case these last two times. I went in to get a mani, I literally walked in and out I KID YOU NOT in 10 minutes. Of course I didn’t say anything because that’s not me. So I tried them again to see if the same experience would happen again, and if so I wouldn’t be returning. I got a pedi this time because my heels needed it bad, before Christmas 2017 and I got a more expensive pedi ($35) than I usually go with. The sugar scrub, callus removal, hot towels, hot rocks, warming lotion, nail cutting, nail cleaning, etc. Was so disappointed and angry I paid so much more for a job I could have done so much better at home for FREE! Told her I like my nails short, she cut them quick and left them still long. She didn’t ask if I liked the length. Didn’t even clean any of my nails underneath, I still had sock fuzz under my nails when she painted them 😦. The callus removal I had to fix when I got home because it was all rough and disgusting looking. Sloppy paint job, after she finished painting them she put my sandals on making me feel like my pedi was over with and I had to leave now (best believe they’re quick to get to the register when they see you stand up). So I left thinking they were dry, and that definitely wasn’t the case 🙄. My nail job was a huge waste of money, rather of used that money on another gift for someone. The time of walking through the door and out was literally 20 minutes, when a job like that should have been at least an hour. On top of all of that, those last two times I went in there was literally no one there getting their nails done so I think they shouldn’t have rushed to get me out so quickly. Both times done by the loud talkative sister who had a baby. The owners are kind and welcoming, but the service however is the reason why after a year of going to them (the service slowly going down hill each time) I won’t be coming back. We pay and tip you guys to do a good job and take your time so like I said it’s worth our money, and not like we just been ripped off. I rather pay more money elsewhere for someone to take their time and do a job well done.

I always have a great time whenever I come in! The ladies are so fun and enjoyable and make sure I leave feeling great and loving my nails. They take great pride in their work and provide excellent service and helped me step out of my box with trying different colors. I always get many compliments because of the wonderful job they do!

Love this place! The ladies are always super friendly and make you feel comfortable. I usually just go in for a pedi, but have also done gel nails and waxing. I've never been unhappy with a service. Great people with fantastic customer service!

is...FANTASTIC! So sorry to see that last post. All I can say is it must have been a fluke. I've been going to the Nail Forum for over 2 years and always have great service, and quick, and high quality gel nails. Wore acrylic for years and love that get is so much healthier for my nails. Highly recommend! Especially love the tiger balm neck, hand and arm massage at each visit.
