Customer service is a thumbs up for me. Haven't been in a long time, but these past 2 visits were as I remembered. Drinks available including wine (yes, wine!). Receptionist is amazing she is so chill. Service was great as always. Will continue to go back again and again.

Love getting my nails done here. I feel comfortable and they have really good service. PHILIP did my nails and he did a really good job!! If you are looking for nail salons, PLEASE choose this one. You will not be disappointed.!

Disappointing I went here because I have heard raving reviews. I visited this place a year or so ago. I was in live with this place but thought it had potential. Last week I went to a place and was disappointed in the quality and final look so I decided to go here as I believe in giving a nail salon 2 tries incase 1 is a fluke. The ladies were friendly. I voiced my upset with the previous set I was having corrected.
I explained what I wanted and was happy that I would finally get them the way I wanted them. This was a short dream. I wanted acrylic powder and only acrylic powder with a V set. The tech informs me he can do the base in acrylic but the top would be gel.
Gel is not what I wanted if wanted gel I would have asked for it. So I ended up with the same ombre I didn't want
I also asked for coffin shape I guess 2 out of ten fingers count.
I paid way to much for this set and I can't even look at them.
I truly hope anyone else gets the service they want. We for me I guess I am on the hunt for a a place that does what I want that way the crazy price this place charged is worth it. I know it's possible I have seen it on others, searched pictures on the internet, hell the looked like what I did myself during covid-19 as I have 2 children that wet high risk.
Just beware and make sure they can do what you want before
