I arrived today at 10:38 and was told that the wait for my eyebrows and lashes would be 30 mins. I told the young lady I would park my car and come right back. It is now 11:17 am and I’m still waiting to be served. This is totally unacceptable. You guys need to do better. On top of that you don’t open on time and most day your 15 to 45 minutes late.

I have been coming here faithfully since they opened. They do amazing work & they're located literally right around the corner from my home. It is very much worth every penny. 💜🤗

I found this place online and was very pleased with the results/customer service. I went late on a Sunday evening, but they were very happy to let me in despite it being super close to closing. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I got a gel mani (+ regular pedi) which chipped a few days later, and to my delight they fixed it free of charge.
