The owners wife is rude on the phone... You can only ask one question and she hangs up.
No need to worry, found a better place across the street in the Dunkin donuts plaza... Lucky nails- go see Vanessa and Binh, you will not be sorry.

This is by far the worst place i have ever been to. The owner and manager was the one working on my nails. First she was impatient on taking my gel polish off and began to file my nails and I had to tell her to stop because it was burning. Then in a rude tone said if i wanted to wait 10 min? Then asks me are they ready? how would I know that? after that she was very rough with my cuticle but I did not say anything to not continue. She cut my nails so badly and short she had no room to straighten them out. she then asked If i wanted to file them? This was the most combative individual I have ever met, Not only did she push her chair to hit a clients behind her while the technician was painting but also in the small span of time I was there three people came in wanting them to re-do their nails. Please do not go there.

I love going to Nail Depot! I always call last minute for the same day appointment and they always take me right away. John is fantastic for my fills; very friendly and really quick too. Tammy does my polish change on my toes at the same time as my fills, which I love, cause I'm done really quickly!
Highly recommend this place!!!

Absolute worst experience. First off, I wanted a full set, John the nail tech put some nails on crooked, so I nicely asked him to fixed them. Then he attempted to do coffin shape, which was not even close. So I googled a picture of the shape I wanted and he still couldn't do it, then he told me he couldn't make my nails coffin shaped and if I didnt like his work I could leave! So he removed all the nails he just glued on, while speaking in another language to his coworkers (all of them staring at me ). Not once did he apologize or offer someone else to take over. He was very rude. Getting your nails done should be nice relaxing and how YOU want it done, last time I checked they are getting paid to do what we want. So upset and my fingers hurt now. I will never go there again.

My daughter and I absolutely love the Deerfield Beach Nail Depot! All the nail techs are top notch and no matter who does our nails, they look beautiful. I have natural nails and the manicure lasts at least 2 weeks. Plus they are one of the only nail salons in South Florida who know how to do a proper silk wrap to repair a broken nail. The salon is clean and the tools they use are in a sealed bag that they open right in front of you. My daughter and I went yesterday at 3:30 without an appointment and Tammy, one of the owners, asked if we could come back at 4:15. This might not seem like a big deal but it demonstrates how considerate they are. Rather than have us just sit there for 45 minutes, they were honest about how long the wait would be, risking the fact that we would leave their salon and go somewhere else. All the techs speak English no matter what their ethnically is so you can always communicate your needs and preferences. And their prices are amazing. I have been to a lot of nail salons over the years but the Nail Depot is truly top of the line. My daughter and I will always be loyal customers.
