I do not know why people are saying they had chips in their manicures. You need to wear gloves if you will expose your hands to cleaning products and if you use cheap shampoo or conditioner or anything with alcohol or drying agents it will strip and dry color from anything including your nails. I have great experiences here and I am extremely rough on my nails. I have noticed that different brands of gel can vary for different amounts of time. I have tried many places and this is still my favorite. Please try Tracey!

never returning to this salon again. i came in for an acrylic refill which is supposed to cost $15. when they were finished they charged me $30 saying it cost extra for long nails. first of all, my nails weren't that long. and second of all, they were being refilled not a new full set. how can you charge more for nails that are already a certain length when you walk in the door. they nickel and dimed me for everything under the sun and when i asked why they didn't tell me and of these "extra" things would cost more the employee got an attitude with me and said "you didn't ask". i shouldn't have to ask. you should inform a customer that something is going to cost more before you go ahead and do it. the work they did was sub-par. i just thing that it's ridiculous that i spent $30 for a refill. that's what a. rand new full set of acrylics cost! they also have a poor selection of colors to choose from. the staff was generally unpleasant and rude.

Leia (lay) was great! She really took the time to perfect what I wanted for my full set. She also offered suggestions. I did not wait long despite walking in on a busy Friday. The prices were very reasonable. I will go back and reccomend this nail salon.

VERY UNHAPPY with my experience last week! I had a gel manicure done that has already chipped multiple times and the manicure is only 8 days old! I was charged $5 to take off the old gel and it took the nail tech well over an hour to do a gel manicure. It definitely isn't lasting my normal 3 weeks. I will never go back again:(
