I have been getting refill and pedicures consistently since discovering them 6 months ago and am impressed with the staff, cleanliness and their promptness with my scheduled appointments. Today I was taken back by a woman that abruptly left the salon and despite her temper, I observed the staff addressed her calmly and professionally. I am definitely coming back!

My mom, daughter and I have been going here for over 10 years. We all see the same girl. My mom stopped going there because she schedules appointments and was 30 min late and made my mom late to work so she just left.
Today I went with my daughter-in-law and I had the appointment scheduled for her. The girl who we had the appt with didn’t even look at us or speak to us and we sat for 45 min waiting to be seen. (I tip over 20% every time, too so it wasn’t about me not leaving a fair tip.)
Another lady saw us who has never helped us before so I had no idea how she was. Jenny, the girl we normally see and has the appts with overlapped appointments for a higher job and tip because they were getting more done than we were.
I have had to wait many times myself but was never this bad and rude of her to do so I felt the need to finally speak up.

I had an appointment at 11 AM today. I arrived early and weighed. When I was finally seated, I asked if tips with gel coating was a thing I was told yes so I already waited and it was 1120 and my appointment was at 11. I asked could it be done today? No cause there was not enough time so I then said, OK I can reschedule My next days off are Monday and Tuesday next week was then told no availability. It’s only her and I Monday through Friday and where to busy state well that’s my only day off was dismissed and rudely. No availability during the week it’s just her and I so then I said well I guess I’m just wasting my time and your business must be booming that you could be so dismissive and I walked out My concern is, how do you not have availability during the week when people work weekends apparently every business is doing marvelous that they could just turn away customers the way they treated me Price or no price better prices regardless it’s the treatment of the customer and that’s why I’m reporting this as a one star property. I do not recommend. Client and then coming to this establishment and finding out that some kind of product exists while you’re told well we don’t have enough time to do it. You’re willing to reschedule and to be told they’re only available on weekends and I work and most people work On weekends, I do not recommend this salon and moving forward. I will never visit this establishment again.

Mother and Daughter nails. Jenny does an amazing job as always they get you in right away and make sure everything is what you want. Their cleanliness is top tier. Jenny is the best ☺️

I have gone here for many years since it's right around the corner from where I live. This is the first time that I've been unhappy. Normally with a regular manicure they give you a nice little hand massage, nothing over the top, but it feels real good. Not this time. I may give them one more opportunity and if I'm still not happy find another place to go
