I've came to the salon before and had a great experience. Upon my second visit I was accompanied by a male hairstylist(Neal Potter). He looked at my hair and basically made it seem as if I had no hope. He very cruely commented about my hair. Then as he claimed to be getting swatches to die my hair he came back with a heavyset female (Jill Turek Weber). She then also looked at my hair with disgust and LITERALLY pulled my end roots out of my head. Not once but a few times. I've NEVER experienced this at any salon before and it amazes me on how disgustingly disrespectful these two were to a costumer. I then picked my things up and left to another salon who very kindly and willingly fulfilled there 1 duty on completing the ideal hair color and style I wanted. If it was an option I'd give a zero rating. Thanks to the women who did my hair first time around you were the reason I came back as for the other two, thank you for making it my last.

Got you crazy with the new owners. You have to pay extra for everything and it wasn't like that before. The prices are too high. If it wasn't for Jean I would not make the effort to even go there.

The appearance of the shop has greatly improved which I was happy to see. It now feels more like a salon than it ever did. Alison has been cutting my hair for years. She patient and most important listens. As a result she basically knows what I like and need. So, now when I arrive I take a seat in her chair and she works her magic. While the prices slightly went up its not out of my budget. However, I do wish there were more promotions or coupons available in my area (Orland Park). Have you ever considered advertising in Clipper Magazine?

I always get excellent service from Trish B. and Laurie at Hair Performers in Hickory Hills. My mother was also a client for many years. She was in her 90s and suffered from dementia. She was always treated with the utmost of respect and courtesy and always got a wonderful haircut, not just from Trish and Laurie, but also Toni, Jean, and Jackie. I am sorry if I have forgotten someone in this list. I am so grateful for their kindness to my Mom in her last years.

I love Toni and the rest of the girls. They are very sweet and supportive. I came in the morning after my mom died and burst into tears. They not only helped me but still remember and when I come in now they always ask how things are going for me. Very special staff and a pretty salon. I heard about you from my ex-husband's 2nd wife (who is a good friend) and am so happy I came here.
