I have been going to this Snappy Nails for 20 years. Several of the employees have been there longer than that. Most of the time the wait is short. They do a great job and I have never had any significant issues. My only complaint is that they don't make the effort to speak in English.

Nancy was absolutely amazing! Her focus to detail and customer service was incredible. I would recommend her work to anybody and everybody. She was fantastic

Horrible experience, they don’t know how to do a Manicure/Pedicure.
I got a pedicure done in 5 minutes.
Never got a manicure done and the lady started doing my gel polish.... definitely never coming back...!

The worst eyebrow wax I've ever had! She was done in like 3 min. She waxed them but didn't pluck them or anything! The nails were great!
