Horrible customer services, I got gel nail and pedicure done. Raymond was great who did my gel nails but whoever the girl is sitting at that first table to the right as you walk in the front door is MEAN, NASTY and Rude! I assume sure is the owner. When I original called to book the appt. they told me $17 for pedicure and $25. for gel. When everything was done it was now 22 for the pedicure, simple fact is that the girl never told me that it is an extra cost for callus scrub.
The owner got in my face yelling, say she told you, (which she did not) it $5.00 you pay, $5.00 you pay she told you. I don't have a problem paying but it was the simple fact it was never said. NO customer service in this boot leg hole in the wall nail place. Nasty and filthy

Extremely dirty. There’s no care toward the costumer. Extremely rude workers.

Hi line is the ONLY place i go to get my nails done! Everyone that works there is so friendly and they always give me exactly what I want with no hassle. I always leave with my nails looking bomb as hell!!! They're amazing

Busy neighborhood nail shop - especially on the weekends. I've been coming here for over 10 years; there are a several techs I absolutely love (young guy sitting on the left), and others I avoid. They try to upsell you gel products but I kindly decline, no problem. Lovely nail designs too.
