Service and customer interaction is great, haircuts are exactly what you could expect for $15. If some noticable lines and missed hairs don't bother you, this will work fine. I go here regularly, I know what I'm getting, still worth it for the price/convenience.

Miranda at the Great Clips on Edgefield Road in North Augusta completely butchered my hair. I explained to her how I wanted my hair cut. I showed her a picture of the cut and style that I wanted. It should have been just a little bit of a cut to achieve the cut I showed her. Instead she completely butchered my hair. She was more concerned with joking around with the other ‘stylists’ in the salon and singing to the overhead music than cutting my hair. She used clippers to cut my hair. The razor she tried to use to cut my hair was dull and needed to be sharpened. As she was finishing up destroying what was left of my hair, one of the other ‘stylist’ came over and continued to cut even more of my hair! I highly recommend avoiding this salon. Miranda even tried to sell me on styling products and even had the nerve to tell me I could just use a bobbie pin to keep my bangs out of my face because she obviously cut them too short. The ‘stylists’ do not listen to the customers or know what they are doing.

Shout out to Ms. Antoinette for cutting my hair regularly. She's the best. She knows what she's doing and very professional and accommodating👍🏽👍🏽

I have my favorite, Natasha... I check in online and then make sure she's there and I get great service from a very clean and friendly place.

New guy (John) today did a very very poor job. Also kept walking away to answer the phone. And he did not even wipe the hair off my face. After today I probably will not be back.
