I was very dissapointed to be a first time customer. I brought my daughter with me on Saturday 2/2/19 at 620 and told the older gentleman I wanted to get a pedi and dipped manicures for my daughter and myself. They sat me down and started my my feet and waited until 7 to even mention that they couldn’t do my mani. I told the lady working on my feet that they could at least start on my daughters and they told me come back tomorrow. She started removing my acrilyic nails at 645 while doing my feet and told me she has to charge 15 for the removal of them since they aren’t doinf a complete mani. She stated I would receive a discount but only if I returned on Sunday. They are advertising a 20 dollar pedi special sir with the 15 cgarged to take off my nail polish ( not even completely) it was 35. What a rip off for poor service.

My wife loves this place. They're very friendly. Chairs are comfy.

Worst nail shop ever tell u one price then get to the counter an come up with a whole new total shakin my head NEVER GOIN BACK!!!!!

Spent too much money for my polish on my toes still not to be dry the next day and my nails break after only a week.

I've been coming here for years and absolutely adored the service. Unfortunately, it's declined greatly in the last few years. It seems since their talented techs left, they hire just anyone to fill the empty positions. There's no care or quality to their work, they just want to give you the bare minimum and get you out of there. My last visit, the lady doing my nails was more interested in talking to the customer next to me than focusing on my polish job. Having a friendly conversation isn't an issue, but they were speaking about personal issues in their marriages and I was down right uncomfortable! My nails came out uneven and some wern't fully coated in polish. When I pointed it out, she seemed annoyed and told me another coat would be extra, denying there was anything wrong. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be going there.
