Ten out of Ten!!! If I could give them more stars I would!!! Me and my friends have been coming here for years. They always are clean, nice, and remember my name every time I come in. I highly suggest you coming in and getting your services done. I have got a mani, pedi, and waxing services done here and will remain coming back here.

BEST NAIL SALON IN ORLANDO!!! amazing color selection, excellent customer service, love everything about this salon. the employees are all equally great at all the services offered—which is usually not the case with most mail salons! no matter which tech you get for your manicure/pedicure/wax it will be the same great end-result. 5++ stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE! i’m a MG Nails customer for life. no one in orlando who’s better for my weekly pedicures! MG blows other nal salons out of the water. for anyone looking for a great local nail salon, try them out—i promise this place won’t disappoint!

I really hate to leave this bad review. I had been here before and had a good experience, but today I just needed a simple manicure and feel like my nails look worse than before. There's still dry skin around the nails, and the nails themselves are uneven, not to mention there's still some dirt underneath. That, and the manicurist didn't perform the hand and arm massage that usually comes with a manicure. The first thing I did when leaving was apply a ton of lotion on my hands - they felt so dry that it made me cringe.
It's a shame. It's a smaller business and I really wanted to support them but I won't be coming back here ☹️.

I visited this place for the 1st time this weekend. I scheduled a pedicure as a test. I am EXTREMELY PICKY. Pedicure was ok enough for me to come back with my daughter to get a manicure. I felt the guy running the place is on top of stuff, good job!👍 The lady who did the pedicure was friendly. She offered me a drink & at the end was very attentive even helped me out of the chair. On my way out I scheduled 2 gel manicures with design so me & my daughter could get our nails done at the same time. Multiple employees heard me schedule this & say I need one other person for my manicure but its possible there was a misunderstanding so when my daughter & I came for the manicure only Tammy was available for my daughter per my request (reviews from this place really has alot of nice things to say about Tammy so I wanted my daughter with her) but nobody was available for mines :-( when we got seated I did ask Tammy if someone is going to help me with my nails she said yes in 5 minutes which never happened. I asked more than once & got the same response. I am a stickler on respecting people's time which is why I show up early to all my appointments. I had to wait till Tammy finished my daughter's nails so she can start mines. The inconvenience of the extra time we had to spend there made my daughter & I rush for our next appointment. We had to go through a drive through for a quick snack on the way to our scheduled mother daughter massages instead of a relaxing sit down meal. We litterly was swallowing French fries while entering our next apt that we was a minute late for :-( so this is the only reason I gave MG Nails 4 star's. Had my original request been met & our time respected they would have gotten 5 star's.
Tammy did an EXCELLENT job on our nails & design. I was happy with her job. We got exactly what we wanted. I wear gloves often & clean alot but so far the job done has kept up with my lifestyle. Our nails still look great we will be returning.
