Poor management, poor maintance, NO WATER!
The worst management, Claudia Martinez from the office is extremely rude!! No one answers the phone, they post your payments late and CLAUDIA MARTINEZ NEVER ENTERS WORK ORDERS!!water gets shut off about 5-7 times a week!! I have had the same on going maintamce issues since I moved in 2 years ago!! When maintamce does show up they leave a mess and use all of your toilet paper roll and leave it on the floor. There is mold growing in the bathroom and they don’t do anything about it! The only reason I stayed was because it near my job. I have submitted complaints to corporate and they ignore your concerns as well. I submitted a complaint to the better businesses bureau and they never replied to them either. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Walked in and asked about a 1 bedroom, was asked to come back later so the office employee could go to lunch, I understand everyone deserves a break during the day but there were other people in the office that I feel could have assisted me, they weren't even asked. Poor service.

This Apartment was ok until the end of last year moved into another apartment, than they tell me about the rent will be going up because they trying to keep up with other apartments in the area, that charge for water And trash but I believe they starting to charge to help re pipe this place. But since I’ve move I’ve learned they have alot roaches yes they come out to spray but I still seen a lot. So yea not worth what they asking for

My grandmother lived here for 6 month. Saw sightings of naked ghosts, Ouiji boards in the parking lot, not to mention the amount of roaches that feast on your food before you can, and also all the dogs that come and piss on you, Mexicans playing their loud mariachi all night long til the border patrol come get them and take them back. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEATH WARRANT!!!
