The tech made multiple video calls and talked to other customers until they left. They spoke of getting drunk and eating. I felt judged and unwanted. It was ridiculous. If I can describe my experience in one word it would be Rude. Although, my nails came out nice it is the experience that makes the customers come back. Overall, I hope they work on their customer service skills.

They were really rushed when doing my nails. I had to go back to have them fix it. They were not apologic for my inconvenience.

My nails color is inconsistent. The selection of color is not very large.
