Ladies make extra effort
to be sure cuticles are trimmed and nails are shaped to your wishes. They are pleasant and seem honestly interested in being thorough in completing the manicure and pedicure to the customer's satisfaction. Much the best experience I have had!

I have been going to Blossom Nails for two years off and on when it town but they have now lost me as a customer. The service really depends on who you get. Elizabeth does a very good job but there is another regular lady (didn’t get her name because she really didn’t speak to me) who is a scammer. EVERY TIME I get her she tries to remove nails that are fine trying to upcharge me for repairs I don’t need. On Monday I got her and she tried this again…putting her nail between my real nail and my acrylic to peel them off. I asked her what she is doing and told her to stop trying to remove my nails. She got annoyed and said they were old (they are not) and needed to come off. First of all, if she thought that she should have asked me before trying to take my nails off and then charge me. I asked her to please just fill my nails and not remove anything. Mind you I had no damaged nails or nails that were coming off. She then started commenting on how they were going to chip off in a few days. Again, there is no reason for that especially since they were fine and being totally cut down anyway. But then I realized what she did…on the nails she tried to remove she put the layer of acrylic so fine that it was see through and did not even cover my real nail. She left a whole side off. She was setting me up to break my nails so I would have to get repairs after all. I said something to her about it and told her that she needed to put a proper layer of acrylic on. She mumbled about something but still barely put any acrylic on these nails. Guess what…the next day that very nail chipped off in the exact spot I called her on not putting proper acrylic. I’m sure more will be breaking off as I only got them done two days ago. They have definitely lost my business. I also find it very weird that if you use a 10% off card they will not validate your stamp card showing you came in and bought a service.

Very negative experience. I came here because my regular salon was closed for the holidays. The first thing the woman asked me was where I regularly got my nails done and said they didn’t do a good job and that my nails were old, which is ‘nt true. I have a real problem with someone who is so unprofesiional to speak so negatively about their competitors. The work should speak for itself. There is a major character flaw here and I will never go back there. And on top of that, she did a shoddy job and got a few of my nails crooked. Bad busbess! My advice is don’t go there!

The ladies who work here are very pleasant. They are careful and gentle when they are doing my feet. I especially enjoy the foot and leg massage that is always part of the treatment.

Horrible place! Very disappointed. Poor customer service!
