This is the only place I will get my nails and eyebrows done. The staff here is fabulous and very accommodating. I've been coming here for a number of years and I've never been given a reason to go anywhere else.

The 1st time i came here the lady did an awesome job on my nails. She took her time to make sure they looked and felt good. The mani lasted 2 weeks!!! Would have lasted longer if i didn't choose to do a polish change, but when i came back for that second no-chip, it was a different story. The owner or manager did my nails the 2nd time around and they were horrible when i left!! The edges of my nails were uneven, rough and sharp. The next day when i washed my hair, my hair kept catching in the sides of my nails. The file job was just the opposite of what i had done by the other lady. The next day after that, i had that same nail break at the edge it kept catching on. Then had another nail chip, then another, then another broke due to the way my nails were filed. I almost don't want to go back, but if i can ALWAYS have the same lady that did my nails the first time around, I'd continue to go here....to see ONLY her! She was that good! As for the rest of them, (well, 2 of them really) bad attitudes, no patience, no customer service skills & the heavier one is just swarming with bad vibes. I'd say, go to this place if your willing to deal with the bad energy..but, see the darker skinned girl or any other girl that is not the owner/manager.

Great selection of quality polish brands and colors. Customer service can be spotty, particularly if you're a walk-in or AA. If appointments are the preference, Celine should incorporate that into her business model.

Excellent service. I like that this place is by appointment because the staff takes their time with each customer offer great results.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The FAT ONE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I will be contacting the better business bureau. My husband is also a lawyer so I will see what I can do about this ridiculous establishment!!
