I had a facial done here by marina and she was great! Felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute of it. Products are expensive everything is 100.00 each. Enjoyed it.

I have had multiple facials and massages done here, and the estheticians/therapist do a wonderful job, I wish I could go to them at a different because the the front desk staff is not accommodating or friendly at all.
Also, if you buy a package massage/facial deal, don’t count on getting any of the “add on” services, champagne, chocolates, etc. that are supposed to come with the package. They are never offered to you when you go in for your service, and if you ask about them the front staff will act annoyed and tell you there’s not time or anyone to help you with it...Even if you arrive early.

Just had my hair done by Carissa D. And I love it. She does an amazing job. I would recommend her to anyone as my hair always turns out great and I know theirs will too.

I love Carissa, she is a fabulous colourist and person...so don't get me wrong...
I HATE the way I have to roam around the store front area while I wait for my appointment! There is nowhere to sit and right now I'm looking at a queue of 7 people at the desk that has 1 person in attendance. This is not OK for a salon that claims to be upscale. Yes, I'm in a shitty mood today anyway, but every time I ask about the seating I get told it's coming...I have been asking for months and I'm here every 3 weeks. If Carissa was somewhere else I would not come back!!

The woman in here are pretty much racist. Look at the reviews from people of color; either 3 or below! Girlfriend was treated unfaily on multiple occasions. Terrible customer service with minimal levels of professionalism.
