Customer service should be number 1 it’s making sure the service you provide makes the customer go away satisfied with your service.and if they aren’t satisfied with your service that you fix the problem. I was not happy. My nails were too short and they were not willing to fix the problem and want to make it your fault. There words were
“WE DONT CARE “I won’t be back. Very disappointed! I was a regular and was giving generous tips! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

DONT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR BUSINESS!! These people forced my wife to keep the nails she had after telling them SEVERAL times to fix it. They told her that they won’t and refused and then forced her to pay. I even had the police come by and they were blown away at there FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES! I was a loyal paying regular customer, who tips them generously. Not anymore and I hope this place gets shut down and I am going to do EVERYTHING in my power to see that it does. FAIR WARNING!!

I had a wonderful experience here! I got a gel manicure and my tech was very gentle and did a really good job. I liked her manicure so I asked if she could do something similar, she was happy to do so! We talked about her history and family, it was a good time. The manicure lasted almost 3 weeks which is awesome! Will definitely be returning.

If I could rate a zero star I would. Was so disappointing by the customer service. Such a lazy staff. People were getting up and leaving. I was there for 2 hours just for a pedicure and manicure. I told them that I would like to hurry after an hour had gone by and she was still soaking my feet. The lady who did my nails hardly took off my shellac from before and just painted over it. On top of that she drilled my nails off instead of clipping them leaving them jagged and making it hard for her to shape!!( which she didnt shape them) I was so furious. WORST NAIL SALON EVER.

I got my acrylics touched up there on Tuesday and the acrylics are already falling away from my nails. They did a terrible job on the polish too. It was messy and the lady that did my nails tried to turn my fingers off my hand. She was very unprofessional. I am beyond upset with them. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I am never going there again.
