The people were very rude to customers on the phone. The woman doing my nails sat right next to the register, and had to stop often to help other customers. I don't mind that because they seemed to be getting busy, and she was right by the register anyways. She complained about customers on the phone to me, ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I understand working in customer service is exhausting, as I work in customer service myself, but complaining to customers? Unprofessional. I asked for short coffin nails due to my job not allowing long nails, and she asked my profession, and I told her I'm a server. She said to me "I've had many servers come in here before getting long nails, why don't you?" Because I didn't want long nails. Why do I have to justify the length of my nails to anyone? She also cut my cuticles four times, and ran her nails along the cuts (so very painful). Then put a topcoat on the cuts as well. They got nail polish on my hands (I understand no one is perfect, but the amount was too much). Whenever I go to a nail salon and they cut your cuticles on over 2 nails, they discount you. Here, they did not (it was whatever at the time) But then charged me $5 extra for the coffin shape! Maybe that is normal, but i've never been charged extra for a coffin shape! This was all four days ago, and three of my acrylics are peeling off already! NEVER go to Elegant Nails.

I've gone to Elegant Nail for over 10 years very friendly staff and my nails always look amazing

There okay , they do nails good just don’t like how think they make them . They do toes great tho .

Very clean! The man doing my nails was very kind, and very gentle. My manicure isn't quite perfect, but I only noticed the imperfections because I've been staring at my pretty nails!

I have been going to Amy for about 10 years and she slays my nail every time. No matter what I ask her to do she does it.
