New to the coppell area I was in need of a nail salon a get away at lunch time, not only was the location perfect so was the service Mrs. Gina and Mrs. Mitchell were beyond amazing Nd a blessing to me anx my nails. They provided me with the utmost customer service if something wasn't to my liking they didn't hesitate to fix it to please me. Every experience is different so I say don't knock em till u try em. Thank u both so much and ill be seeing u soon. God Bless!

I was trying out new salons since I have just moved to the area. I decided to give this place a try as it is near my apartment. I will definitely not be going back. I went in for a new set of solar nails and walked out disappointed.
Only after soaking off my old set, did the nail technician tell me she would do an "overlay". I have never heard of this and said I wanted a "full set with polish on top" she said "yes, overlay". So I let her go ahead and do them. She didn't put on new tips, but just put the powder on my own nails. My nails were semi-long enough so I didn't complain and went with it. As she was shaping and filing she burned me NUMEROUS times. By this point I was pretty much ready to walk out.
When she was done filing and told me to wash my hands I noticed that my nails were extremely lumpy and the ends were angled and not square like I asked for, but verging on round. I asked her to fix the one that was angled the worst, she looked at it, looked at me, reluctantly agreed, and filed it-not straight but better. Then came the polish. The color I chose first was so old and she was unable to open it. I chose another. She proceeded to paint my nails horribly. Then told me to put them in front of the fan which in turn made the polish smudge making them look even worse (if that was possible). They apparently don't have a drying light. They had wrinkles, scrapes and smudges BEFORE I even moved my hands or touched anything.
The fact that they let me walk out of there with my nails in that condition was crazy to me, as anyone could see they were horribly done. I found another salon that is the same distance, higher quality, and half the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Helen is absolutely wonderful! I have been to other nail places in the Coppell area and no one compares!

Came here to correct a disaster from H2O nails and although they were very friendly and did their best to correct the problems I had with my nails they overcharged me just for filing down & reshaping three nails.
